Local’s Light is a classic American Lager crafted by Joe Short in 2004 to be “beer in its simplest form”. It’s a bright yellow beer with effervescent aromatics of fresh malted barley and lager yeast. Local’s Light has soft and subtle flavors of malt that finish crisp and clean making it perfectly balanced for smooth and easy drinkability.

Psychedelic Cat Grass is a triple dry-hopped American India Pale Ale originally brewed for HopCat. Aromas of pineapple, mango, and grapefruit accompany the brews slightly hazy, pale orange color and lasting white head. A dry finish is preceded by balanced flavors of tropical fruit and bitter hops.
Now, this beer is most notably associated with our #WithoutDelayIPA project, where the beer is packaged, delivered, and served within 24 hours. Due to the awesomeness of this product—Psychedelic Cat Grass has been promoted to seasonal release where it will be available in bottles, cans, and on draft throughout the spring.

Thirst Mutilator is a collaboration with Billy Strings, named for a song on his self-titled EP. Billy Strings is a Grammy Winning artist producing music that reaches well beyond bluegrass with elements of heavy metal, jam bands, psychedelic music, and classic rock. Billy spent his early days melting our faces on the Short's Pub stages (and our 10 year Anni Party) before heading to Nashville."
