Using Burnt Sugar is a great way to add depth and bittersweet complexity to your cocktails. We suggest using it when mixing with aged spirits, and it can also add an exciting foil to tropical or sour cocktails.

Of all the natural sweeteners available, maple may just be the most complex and flavorful. Especially this dark, robust maple, which is packed with buttery maple aromas. It takes many hours to impart gentle wisps of smoke from our bourbon barrels, but it gives the maple syrup an amazing end result and has forever transformed the old fashioned cocktail for us.
An obvious addition to rum based tiki drinks, but works equally as well with aged spirits to make fall spiced cocktails. Making falernum is a labor of love, from milling fresh whole spices to peeling and grinding fresh citrus peel and juicing ginger. An exciting addition to cocktails, but also makes great non-alcoholic drinks and sodas. Simply add soda water for a classic cola soda, and top with ice cream for a float. Mixes well with aged spirits like bourbon, but also adds creamy notes to a classic gin fizz.
We find honey to be a great sweetener for scotch, mezcal and tequila drinks. Ginger adds a picante characteristic that accentuates complexity and lengthens the finish.
