True to its namesake, this first of its kind Authentic TN Whiskey is made with 100% organic malts and grains. At100-proof, Green Thumb is the first of its kind, and sure to rouse the palate. It has the classic smoothness of a Tennessee Whiskey, with the subtle complexity unique to the category Tennessee is famously known for.

Crafted in small batches and aged for over 4 years, this 100 proof bourbon whiskey is aged in new American white oak barrels charred at a level three.

With a mash bill of yellow corn and oat, rye, Victory, and brewer's malts, our Tennessee Bourbon has sweet hints of vanilla and caramel, with just a tinge of black pepper.

 Red Pecker Rye Whiskey is a complex aged spirit made with cherrywood smoked chocolate rye malt. Crafted in small batches, and aged more than four years. For those who may not always be Rye fans, its mellow finish at 100 proof will make you a believer. 

An-unaged, 100 proof Tennessee Moonshine with a grain bill of 100% organic yellow corn grown right here on the 400 acres. It is one of the first of its kind, and reflects our commitment to sustainable agricultural practices as well as our dedication to crafting high quality, original and authentic products.

Short Mountain Prohibition Tea blends the kick of our Tennessee Moonshine with the sweetness of southern sweet tea kissed with organic peach juice.

Prohibition Tea is a made by steeping actual black tea leaves in the moonshine for a few days, then adding a touch of peach juice to offset the sweetness. It is a 60 proof cocktail enjoyed cold, or over ice with a splash of tart lemonade. 

Short Mountain Apple Pie blends the kick of our Tennessee Moonshine with the sweetness of Grandma's Apple Pie.

Apple Pie is a 40 proof traditional Tennessee Moonshine cocktail flavored with seasonal apples, cinnamon, and vanilla.

Our Distillery uses an authentic mash made with spring water and corn grown on our farm, just like it's been done here for over 150 years.
