Belgo-American Pale Ale; hazy, citrusy, fruity, and spicy. Just enough wheat for a little haze and bready backbone. Finish- and dry-hopped with citrusy American hops. Fermented with a Belgian yeast for those classic Belgian fruity/clove flavors.
5% ABV 45 IBU
American Pale Ale. A dash of caramel malt flavor, assertive bitterness, plus loads of citrusy hoppy goodness from Citra, and Lemondrop hops.
10% ABV 33 IBU
Belgian Tripel brewed with local honey. Collaboration brew with Briarscratch Brewing. Sumner County, baby!
8.5% ABV 65 IBU
A big imperial red. Massively malty with caramel overtones. Big dank, resiny hop flavors and aromas.
