Our beers are brewed in 30 barrel batches on a small farm. Great tasting pure and healthy drinking water is the key to brewing great craft beer. Our beers are brewed with only natural based ingredients staying true to brewing traditions.

Clear copper color with an off-white foam head. Aromas of orange, grapefruit, caramel and malt. Taste of citrus up front with orange, grapefruit and mango, followed by malty caramel backbone. Herbal hops imparts a moderate amount of bitterness which fades away quickly. Well balanced.

Inspired by a Hawaiian Greetings certificate of my Grandfather’s landing in Pearl Harbor dated June 12, 1943. Our family found the certificate in his closet after his passing at the age of 94. Our brand is everything you would expect in a clean, crisp American Lager. It is brewed with locally sourced, award winning North Carolina grown Pilsner malt, flaked corn from the heartland of America, and tradition lager hops and yeast. Senior Chief Lager was awarded a bronze medal in the 2019 N.Y. International Beer Competition.

Brewed with imported German Pilsner and Wheat malts, this traditional Hefeweizen pours hazy straw color with white head. Hints of banana and clove aroma. Light flavors of wheat and banana. 2018 Beer Army Gold medal winning in Category 10A - Weissbier, NY INTL Beer Competition Bronze and SC Weiss Brewery of the year.

A traditional pale ale with an Irish Twist. Deep golden appearance. Brewed with Honey Malt for color, Oats for a modest mouthful, and local farm produced honey which provides honey overtones, but not overly sweet. Irish ale yeast add complexity and a pleasing hop profile on the back end that lingers slightly. Our honey is source from our farm and other local Apiarist. Five gallons of fresh honey is added per 30 barrels of product

Always changing - New hop profile for 2019. Bright copper color with a white foam head. Citrus hop nose and light malts. Grapefruit and orange citrus hop flavor is balanced with modest malt profile.
